Operating out of Denver, CO, Disaster of Ceremonies is a hip hop producer and rapper defined by a dual-identity in sound. While also active in the local punk band Unstable Neighbors, this project serves as a hip hop-rooted outlet for broader sonic exploration. The 2024 debut, Gasping For Breath, was an instrumental album that, while grounded in classic boom bap, saw the multi-instrumentalist blending original bass, guitar, and keys with traditional sampling. The focus has now shifted toward an upcoming EP, Good Grief slated for late 2026/early 2027 release.Moving away from instrumental narratives, the upcoming EP will feature Disaster of Ceremonies as both the producer and vocalist.
