Operating out of Denver, CO, Disaster of Ceremonies is a hip hop producer and rapper defined by a dual-identity in sound. While also active in the local punk band Unstable Neighbors, this project serves as a hip hop-rooted outlet for broader sonic exploration. The 2024 debut, Gasping For Breath, was an instrumental album that, while grounded in classic boom bap, saw the multi-instrumentalist blending original bass, guitar, and keys with traditional sampling.The focus has now shifted toward the late 2026 release, Good Grief. Moving away from purely instrumental narratives, the upcoming album is a full-length venture into indie and alternative hip hop, featuring Disaster of Ceremonies as both the producer and vocalist.
